Welcome to Paw Social a social networking platform designed for pet owners and pet enthusiasts and business owners. By using the App, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

By accessing or using Paw Social, you agree to these terms of use, as well as any additional terms, policies, or guidelines that may be presented to you from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use Paw Social .
- Registration:
To use the Paw Social, you must register by creating an account. You agree to provide accurate complete information when registering, and to keep your account information up to date.
- User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Paw Social, including text, images, and other media. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You also agree not to post any content that is harmful or offensive, such as content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination. You agree not to use Paw Social for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose, including but not limited to harassing or threatening other users, sharing illegal or harmful content, or engaging in any activity that violates the rights of others. You retain ownership of the content you post on the Paw Social, but by posting such content, you grant Paw Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content. Paw Social and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Paw Social or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to use or reproduce any of the content without the prior written consent of Paw Social .
- Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the Paw Social, including attempting to access the Paw Social s source code, distributing viruses or malware, or using the Paw Social for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Termination
Paw Social reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. -
Market Place Paw Social Marketplace sellers will be charged 3% for each successful sale. There are no fees associated with creating an ad on the marketplace. Sellers will receive their funds after Paw Socials commission of 3% has been deducted within 24-48 hours of sale. Fund transfers may be delayed due to holidays.
- Disclaimers
Paw Social is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content on the app, nor do we endorse any products or services that may be advertised or promoted through the app.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paw Social and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
